what is the cheapest health insurance for dog and cat?

My 1 year old terrier is sick, she’s vomiting and she has a diarrhea
(loose stool) and one of her loose stool has some blood spots. please help me where can i get the cheapest health insurance for my dog and also cats. i need the cheapest insurance bec. i don’t have much money…i really felt bad every time i see them sick and i couldn’t bring them to the vet. I love them so much they are my babies and i want to help them and bring them to the vet.
